The past two years have been a whirlwind. With a wedding, starting a new job, and Matt graduating next month, we've learned a lot and grown closer through big changes and every day moments. Marriage is a lot of work. I have a lot to learn - no one knows that better than me. As I approach three years of living in Utah, and continue to make friends and feel more secure in my many roles, above all I am so grateful for my friendship with Matt. He is my best friend and my biggest fan.
I know that many people suffer trials in finding the right companion, or struggle in their own marriage because of issues outside of their control, or have even lost a loved one over the years. I try to remember this and treat my marriage with the respect it deserves. I am blessed.
